How do I join Kimbo Rewards?
Create a Kimbo account — it's free and takes under a minute. You'll get points the moment you join, and more for subscribing to email and SMS. You can browse and shop as a guest, but you'll need an account for points to be tracked and redeemed.
How do I earn points?
You earn points for every dollar you spend, and more once you reach a higher VIP tier. On top of that you can earn bonus points for creating your account, subscribing to email or SMS, leaving a review, adding a photo or video to a review, following us on social, your birthday, and your member anniversary.
How do I redeem my points?
Rewards are fixed amounts off your order. Once you have enough points, the reward appears in your cart and at checkout — select it and the discount is applied. Each reward has a minimum cart value.
Do my points expire?
Points expire 12 months after your last account activity. Any earning or redeeming activity resets the 12-month clock on your whole balance, so an active account never loses points.
Can I use a points reward with a sale price or discount code?
Points rewards are applied at the order level. You can use one points reward per order, and it can't be stacked with a second points reward on the same order. Sale pricing on products still applies.
How do VIP tiers work?
Every member starts at the base tier. Your tier is set by what you spend over a rolling 12-month window, so it reflects the last year rather than a fixed calendar year. Reach a new tier and your earn rate multiplies on every order after it. Tiers are recalculated at the end of each period.
Do I earn points on the full order or the discounted amount?
Points are earned on what you actually pay — the order total after any discounts, before shipping and taxes. Your tier multiplier is applied on top of that.
How does the referral program work?
Share your personal referral link with a friend. They get a discount on their first Kimbo order, and once that order goes through you get bonus points. Your friend has 30 days from clicking your link for their order to count. Referrals are verified with email and IP checks to keep the program fair.
Where can I see my points balance?
Sign in and head to your account. You'll see your current balance, your tier and progress to the next one, your full points history, your referral link, and your saved wishlist all in one place.
What happens to my points if I return an order?
Points earned on a returned or refunded order are deducted from your balance, and the spend no longer counts toward your VIP tier. If you redeemed points on an order you then return, the reward value is handled as part of the refund under our standard returns policy.
